At Dumani Naturals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all our products, including Rakaposhi Pure Shilajit and certified gemstones, are carefully sourced, tested, and packaged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you through the process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used Shilajit jars/packs.

  • Customized or white-labeled orders.

  • Gemstones that have been altered, resized, or damaged after delivery.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7–14 business days through your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed or shipped.

7. International Orders
